Worked Bone Fragment

A worked bone fragment is a craftable item. It can be made using a knife and some bone (1 shard should be enough) with the whittling skill. It is a component for bone circlet and fitted bone circlet.

Ingame description:

About a tenth of a handspan long and as wide around as a twig, this little
piece of bone has been whittled smooth. The fragment's ends are blunt and
rounded, while its off-white surface is subtly glossy.
