An otter is an encounterable animal. It is not aggressive unless provoked. It is only found in the Ydra region.
Ingame description:
She is a low-slung, thickly-muscled creature covered in a coat of waterproofed
dark brown fur. Her body tapers into a long, thick tail that's nearly as long
as the rest of her combined. Her head is round and blunted, her ears small and
her eyes bright and black, and the corners of her muzzle are curved in such a
manner that they appear to always bear a slight smile. The otter's mouth is
full of sharp teeth; her upper eyeteeth poke over her lower lip when her mouth
is closed. Her nose is black and framed by long, bristly whiskers. Each of
her feet is both clawed and webbed.
